Invoice Sent to Your Email

Before each payment is due, Owl Hawks Baseball sends you a professional Square invoice directly to the email you provided at registration. Check your inbox — and your spam folder for the first one.

Click Pay Now

Open the invoice email and click the Pay Now button. Pay securely by card through Square's checkout. No account required — just your card information.

Confirmation Sent

Square sends you an instant payment confirmation once your payment is processed. Keep these for your records. Questions about a payment? Reply to the invoice email or contact us below.

Invoices Come From Square

Your invoices will arrive from a Square / squareup.com email address. If you don't see your invoice by the week before it's due, check your spam folder first — then contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

Set It and Forget It

Don't want to manually pay each invoice every month? Set up auto-pay and Square charges your card automatically on each due date — no action required on your end.

How to Set Up Auto-Pay

Once your recurring invoice is set up by the OHB team, you'll receive an email from Square asking you to save a payment method. After that, your monthly dues are charged automatically on the 5th of each month.

We set up your recurring invoice in Square and you receive an email to securely save your payment method on file.

Done

Square automatically charges your saved card on August 5, September 5, October 5, November 5, and December 5. You receive a receipt after each charge.

All families are expected to review and adhere to the OHB payment policy for the 2025 season.

Owl Hawks Baseball — 2025 Payment Policy

The $100 registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid before your commitment is accepted.
All payments are due by the dates listed in the schedule above. Late payments may result in suspension from team activities.
The uniform package fee of $250 is non-refundable once uniforms have been ordered.
Fall league registration fee of $185 is non-refundable once the team has been registered with the league.
If you will be late on a payment, contact OHB before the due date — do not wait until after. Proactive communication is always appreciated.
In the event a player voluntarily withdraws from the program, previously paid fees are non-refundable.
Families more than 15 days past due on any payment may lose their player's roster spot.
