Once your commitment form is received and reviewed by the OHB coaching staff, you will be sent a Square invoice for the $100 registration fee. Payment of that invoice confirms and finalizes your player's roster spot. Do not pay in advance — your invoice will arrive by email within 24 hours of form submission.

Commitment Terms

By submitting this form you are agreeing to the following terms on behalf of your player.

Owl Hawks Baseball — Club Team Commitment Terms
  • The $100 registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid before your commitment form is accepted.
  • All payments listed in the payment schedule are due by the dates specified. Late payments may result in suspension from team activities.
  • Monthly club dues of $250 are due on the 5th of each month beginning August 2025 through December 2025.
  • The uniform package fee of $250 is non-refundable once uniforms have been ordered.
  • Fall league registration fee of $185 is due October 5, 2025 and is non-refundable once the team has been registered.
  • Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices, games, and team events unless excused in advance by the coaching staff.
  • Players and families are expected to uphold the Owl Hawks Baseball standard of character, accountability, and sportsmanship at all times.
  • Owl Hawks Baseball reserves the right to remove a player from the roster for conduct that violates the program's character and leadership standards.
  • In the event a player voluntarily withdraws from the program, previously paid fees are non-refundable.
  • By submitting this form, the parent or guardian acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
