Glove, bat, and cleats. Wear athletic clothing — no uniform required. Bring a water bottle. Players should arrive 15 minutes early to warm up and check in.
Players are evaluated on baseball skill, athleticism, coachability, and competitive attitude. We look for players who want to grow — not just players who are already elite.
Character and accountability are evaluated alongside skill. How a player handles instruction, adversity, and competition tells us as much as their swing or arm strength.
